How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply choose your print and membership tier option and checkout.

Can I Change my Address?

Once your order is placed, you have until the 21st of the month to change your address. After the 21st, no changes may be made. If you placed an order on or after the 21st, no changes can be made that month. You can update your address in your membership portal or email us at contact@uncagedworld.com.

Can I Cancel my Order After it's Been Placed?

Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it. Your membership renews on the day you signed up every month (ex: if you signed up on the 8th it will renew every month on the 8th). If you wish to cancel, do so before your renewal date in your membership portal.

Pocket Safari Return Policy

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on Pocket Safari.

What if my Order Arrives Damaged?

If your Pocket Safari arrives damaged, please email contact@uncagedworld.com within 21 days of arrival with pictures of the damage. Uncaged World will do our best to fix it.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship everywhere in the world we are able to.

How Long Does it Take for my Order to Arrive?

Delivery date varies depending on location. If you are located in the United States, we ask that you wait two weeks before contacting us for a replacement. 

If you live outside the United States, we ask that you wait six weeks before contacting us for a replacement. 

We see increased shipping times for Australia. We ask that all orders from Australia wait 8 weeks.

How Long Does it Take for my Order to Ship?

Pocket Safari begins shipping the 1st of every month.

Can I Track my Order?

Pocket Safari is shipped Snail Mail with a non-machinable stamp. We are unable to offer tracking.
