We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our store.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the concern, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Replacements are issued for:

1. Items damaged in transit.
2. Incorrect products or sizes.
3. Visible printing or production flaws.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.

Prints ship within 3-5 buisness days.

Pocket Safari begins shipping the 1st of every month.

Customs ship within 3-6 weeks.
